Every phone sold from our store comes with a full 1-month warranty. If any issue arises, we will repair it, replace the device, or issue a full refund if no replacement is available.

**Warranty Terms & Conditions**

* **Warranty Period:** Valid for **1 month** from the date printed on the purchase invoice.
* **Coverage:** The warranty covers the device only and explicitly excludes all accessories and the outer housing/body.
* **Exclusions:** The warranty is void and does not cover damages caused by misuse, including but not limited to:
* Exposure to physical breakage, liquids of any kind, sweat, high-voltage electrical surges, or unauthorized software/firmware modifications.
* Use of non-original, counterfeit, or third-party accessories.
* Any attempt to repair, open, or modify the device outside of Pixel Store.

* **Diagnosis Timeline:** The company reserves the full right to issue a final technical diagnosis report within a timeframe ranging from **24 to 72 hours**.
